NCAT (NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal). NCAT is a government body that facilitates dispute resolution between
strata owners and receives approx 1,500 strata related disputes every year. We always look to resolve the issue
through mediation before it gets this far, reducing costs, stress and time for all owners involved.
Utilising our mediation expertise is a popular option for those not wishing to escalate a matter to the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal (NCAT).
