Industry leading Director

Our Director, Peter Brisbane has over 20 years industry experience and is a renowned industry educator. He is the co-author of the ‘Who’s Responsible Guide’, a regular public speaker and runs education sessions with training organisations. Peter is a board member of the Strata Community Association NSW (SCA), the peak body that steers the future direction of the industry. He also liaises with government at Ministerial level on a monthly basis to ensure that Strata’s interests are represented at the highest level.

Professional Standards Scheme This means that we are voluntarily regulated by the governing body, have an independent complaint handling process and our team members undertake additional CPD (Continual Professional Development) points.

We manage disputes to minimise costs, stress and time

We have a 99% dispute resolution rate. In ten years of operation, we have only had one dispute that made it to (NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal). We always look to mediate the issue before it gets this far, reducing costs, stress and time for all owners involved.
