It’s easy to transition to the Strata One standard
We take the time to review and diagnose the needs of your building in order to bring it to the Strata One standard. Rather than using a ‘wait and see’ approach, Strata One proactively undertakes a full diagnostic assessment of your building.
Phase 1: Diagnostic assessment
Assessment process across a 3 month period
Outcome: You get a comprehensive report that details the current status of your strata building plus a recommended action plan. You also receive a 30 min consulting assessment session with your assigned Strata Manager.
