CEO

Peter Brisbane is the CEO of Strata One and a class one license holder. He is passionate about strata and is a wealth of knowledge with over 20 years industry experience. Peter started Strata One 14 years ago and has grown the business through word of mouth from this time.  Peter is committed to the Strata One philosophy that ‘strata management is not only about bricks and mortar, it’s about people’. This is demonstrated through a multitude of solid client relationships and his commitment to investment in staff development.

Branch Manager

Colleen Silva has over 17 years experience, in the strata industry managing a variety of both large and small buildings. She has excellent leadership and verbal and written communications skills. Customer service focused, Colleen has a strong awareness of client needs and desired outcomes. Colleen also has strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, to ensures that your building is run seamlessly.

General Manager

Brad is a highly experienced Senior Strata Manager with expertise in medium to large sized buildings. He regularly deals with various complex projects and rectification works. With a background at Senior Management level across a variety of industries, Brad is a straight shooter with a high level of attention to detail. Brad is also a highly competent mediator with front end media presentation experience. This ensures he runs highly efficient Annual General Meetings. His commercial acumen and sound legislative knowledge makes Brad a stand out performer and an asset to any building.

Marketing Manager

Phoebe Brisbane has over 15 years Marketing experience from a variety of industries. Phoebe oversees all communications, branding and strategic elements of Strata One. She ensures that all communications are in line with brand requirements and that the Strata One vision of ‘being part of a world in which all apartment owners feel a sense of community and can relax knowing that their asset is protected’, is put into practice within the organisation.

Chief Financial Officer

Rajiv Raju is a qualified Chartered Accountant and the Chief Financial Officer of Strata One. Overseeing the strata and corporate Accounting areas of the business, he is responsible for areas such as budgeting, taxation, invoicing and financial reporting. As well as being CA qualified, Rajiv also holds an MBA as is a registered tax agent. He has over 15 years experience in financial and commercial management, six of which is within the Strata industry. Rajiv has a high level of attention to detail and superior financial skills. The management of the funds of your building are in safe hands with Rajiv.

Senior Strata Manager

Dean Richardson is a Senior Strata Manager at Strata One. He has over twenty five years experience within the property industry. He has worked at a Senior level within Property Management as well as Strata Management providing invaluable insight into ensuring both sides are working unitedly towards protecting your apartment. Dean is a quiet achiever and deals with a large volume of complicated strata issues seamlessly. Extremely outcome focused, Dean has an innate ability to relate to all parties and ensure everyone is working towards a common goal in the best interest of the building.

Senior Strata Manager

Bronwyn Dutton is a Senior Strata Manager at Strata One, bringing more than twenty years of experience in the strata sector. Throughout her career, Bronwyn has held key positions across Strata Management, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how to achieve harmony between owners, tenants, and committees.

Known for her calm and methodical approach, Bronwyn excels in resolving complex strata matters with professionalism and precision. She is highly results-driven and takes pride in fostering transparent communication and collaboration among all stakeholders. Bronwyn’s depth of knowledge and approachable style make her a trusted advisor dedicated to delivering the best outcomes for every building she manages.

Strata Community Manager

George Olivares is a Strata Community Manager at Strata One specialising in small to medium sized buildings. With extensive experience in Senior Management roles within the service and not for profit industries, George is extremely customer service focused. An effective communicator, George takes a no nonsense approach to quickly resolving any issues that arise in your building.

Shelly Hunter specialises in medium sized buildings and has extensive experience in dealing with complex projects such as remedial works and building upgrades. Shelly is a wealth of knowledge with over ten years experience within the real estate industry. A highly valued member of the team, Shelly has been part of the Strata One team for over six years. Her high level of customer service is evidenced in her practical approach to strata management.

Office & Administration Manager

Josefina John ensures that all of the backend Administration and system elements are in order in her role at Strata One. Degree qualified in Business Management, Josefina has a very high level of attention to detail and is the office all-rounder. Making sure that the on-line portal is always accurate and up to date, Josefina has a great relationship with our clients and will ensure that your needs are being met.
