Budgets
Strata One develops a proposed budget for the coming year for your strata scheme.
We work with the strata committee to establish accurate budgets ensuring that there are adequate funds and levies are reflective of the buildings needs. The budget is based on expenses from the previous year and any planned expenses in the coming year. The goals and expenses set out in the capital works plan are also taken into account. Once approved by the Owners Corporation at the Annual General Meeting, the budget is then used to determine the amount of levies that need to be charged.
